Due to relying on melee attacks and being somewhat fragile, Speedsters have fallen out of favor, but it's possible that the game's regular updates will bring some change to the current meta. The current meta favors Attackers and All-Rounders in the jungle over Speedsters. Those are the best Held Items in Pokemon Unite. Good for Blastoise, Crustle, Slowbro, and Snorlax. This may not be the most efficient Held Item, but Leftovers constantly recovers 2% of your Pokemon's health each second when out of combat. Use with Absol, Cinderace, Greninja, Talonflame, and Zeraora. Since critical damage is automatically increased by the level of your basic attacks, Attack Weight increases both your basic attack by 12 points and critical hit if you manage to score a goal. Give to Absol, Alolan Ninetales, Cinderace, Cramorant, Gardevoir, Gengar, Greninja, Pikachu, Talonflame, Venusaur, and Zeraora. Increasing various attack types, but increasing the critical hit damage is surely better. Use with Blastoise, Charizard, Crustle, Garchomp, Lucario, Machamp, Slowbro, and Snorlax. Note that a Pokemon's goal cannot be interrupted while it's shielded. It grants a shield of up to 10% of the Pokemon's max HP. Scoring goals may not only bring in more points for your team but also increase your defenses using the Score Shield Held Item. Give to Absol, Cinderace, Greninja, Talonflame, and Zeraora. It increases the normal attacks by 3% of your opponent's HP. If you only want to increase basic attack damage, then Muscle Band is a great choice. Good for Charizard, Garchomp, Lucario, and Machamp. The effect doesn't last long, but it sure feels strong enough. If you want to push your damage during the Unite Move attack, then this item will increase damage by 21%. It's good for Blastoise, Crustle, Eldegoss, Mr. If you also wish to protect your allied Pokemon, then use Buddy Barrier to give an attacking Pokemon and their ally with the lowest HP up to 40% shield during the Unite Move attack. It's good for Blastoise, Crustle, Slowbro, and Snorlax. It absorbs up to 15% of damage dealt to your Pokemon by any special attack. Not as good as Rocky Helmet, but this is still one of the better defending items in the game. Shell Bell is great for Alolan Ninetales, Cramorant, Eldegoss, Gardevoir, Gengar, Mr. The higher it is, the more HP you restore. It can restore up to 75 HP, but the number depends on your special attack. The final S-tier Held Item is best for supporter Pokemon. This Held Item is best for Absol, Charizard, Cinderace, Garchomp, Greninja, Lucario, Machamp, Talonflame, and Zeraora. ![]() It increases the movement speed of your Pokemon by 20% when out of combat. If you want your speedster or attacking Mon to be even faster, then Float Stone is essential. Rocky Helmet is an excellent Held Item for Blastoise, Charizard, Crustle, Garchomp, Lucario, Machamp, Slowbro, and Snorlax. It not only increases a Pokemon's HP and defense, but it also reflects damage to an opposing Pokemon by 5% of its total HP. The best defensive Held Item in Pokemon Unite is Rocky Helmet. It also lists the Pokemon that can hold these items and gain the most benefit from their effects. Our Held Items tier list guide will tell you which ones to go after above all others in Pokemon Unite.

In a game where doing runs perfectly without faulting is paramount to success, this is a particularly large problem. Worst of all, whilst this does add a lot to the game, it’s also glitchy, meaning that a player may go off a jump and the rider will immediately do a trick you never intended to do, likely resulting in a fault. Only modes geared towards the tricks system (such as the new FMX skill games) actually bother to tell you what trick you are doing, and the input is quite twitchy, meaning that tricks will easily be repeated, and the scoring system is more dependent on holding tricks, rather than accompanying flips. There is one tutorial that randomly teaches you 4 tricks at a time, and there’s no guarantee it’ll teach you them all, meaning you will have to look up the controls on the internet for specific tricks, which are often needed for specific game modes and challenges. For one, most other extreme sports games that utilise trick systems have a directory with the commands needed to pull off each trick. It is a nice feature, adding an additional challenge to playing levels, plus helping the player show off, but it’s not without its issues. The tricks are dependent on the positioning and angle of the bike, as well as the directions imputed into the right analogue stick. ![]() There are quite a few tricks that can be done, some of them will be familiar to extreme sports fans. The primary selling point is the addition of tricks that the player can do whilst in the air. Gameplay remains largely unchanged, which is actually a big plus for the game, players can still make and submit their own tracks (although at least on the 360, multiplayer has suffered a bit), and the riders, as well as bikes, can be customised, and this time customisation pieces are considerably more affordable. That said, the visuals in this game largely aren’t an improvement over Evolution, and the whole game has been given a futuristic setting, which is likely a bit divisive. Ubisoft has their logo splashed about prominently, the game is linked to Uplay (as if that matters, it’s notorious for not working), the menu screens have had some serious jazzing up, and they’ve even splashed out on a bit of voice-over work. The first thing to note is that Red Lynx are showing obvious signs of the series’ success in this game. I am happy to report that this style remains completely intact, and is essentially the same beast with new tracks to try out, although there are still a number of changes from the previous games. Readers familiar with my previous article will also be aware of the style of gameplay (the main allure of Trials) that is simplistic, challenging and rewarding. ![]() ![]() Trials Fusion does not, largely, disappoint. It is coming to Xbox Series X and Windows at an unknown date. The report finally mentions that Avowed is very close to a fully playable Alpha, and even suggests we might get to see some more of the game as early as E3 2022 (or even the end of this year at The Game Awards, though that is a long stretch). Avowed is an upcoming fantasy RPG by Obsidian Entertainment, set in the world of Eora, from Pillars of Eternity. ![]() However, if you want to find about Stalker 2, you can read the Stalker 2 Release Date. However, it seems like there will be a limited inventory, so don’t expect to have a plethora of weapons and spells available at any one time. There’s nothing major in the report to indicate that Avowed will be the best RPG ever made, but it at least gives us some information on what exactly the hell is this game. The new game is named as Avowed and the trailer has undoubtedly blown ev. However, a new report has shed light on some interesting details. Obsidian recently announced a brand new, first person Fantasy RPG game that is still very early in development, and so far we’ve heard pretty much nothing about it. It's not necessarily the work- the Redditors are not happy with the hustle-porn culture that calls for a rise-and-grind mindset, expecting employees to put in an unhealthy amount of hours each day. Ford said, "There are some misconceptions about the movement. The interview used one possibly naive person to label the growing force. Once they’ve left, many take their time to seek out new types of opportunities that offer meaningful work and a path to advance. These workers are pushing back against poor pay, unpleasant working conditions and a lack of respect from management. These folks contend with long, constantly changing hours, rude customer behaviors, low wages and high stress. Roughly 40% of the jobs that people quit were in the restaurant, hotel, travel, bars, warehouses, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. A common, unifying theme is that workers feel that they are being taken advantage of, forced to work long hours for low wages and treated rudely by unsympathetic managers. Others want to commiserate with like-minded people who are going through a tough time, trying to find their way in the workplace. At the time, Reddit said it had heard feedback from users regarding community muting and was working on ways to give users more control over their feeds. If taken at face value, it looks like the members don’t have an interest in finding a new job anytime soon. The new feature is a welcome addition to the platform, as it will help users filter out content they don’t want to see on their popular and home feeds. The launch of the new feature isn’t exactly a surprise, given that Reddit teased the roll out a few months ago. ![]() The company says that although muting allows users to create a more curated experience, it’s not a replacement for reporting content that breaks its policies. You can do so through your settings, via the three dots menu in the top right of a community page or through the three dots menu on the top-right corner of your Popular and Home feeds. There are three ways you can go about muting a community. The company says it sees muting as part of a larger effort to give users more control over their Reddit experience. Reddit says it plans to incorporate muting into other feeds after bringing the feature to desktop in the future, such as the All and Discover pages. If you change your mind, you can unmute a community at any time in your Settings, where you can also manage community notifications and other preferences. Reddit notes that muting a community doesn’t restrict you from visiting or taking part in it, as you will still be able to view, post and comment in communities you have muted. Users have to ability to mute up to 1,000 communities. You can use the new feature to mute an entire community, after which posts from that specific community will be removed from your notifications, Home feed and Popular feed. There's another concern in Betternet's ability to 'identify devices and associate them with other data we collect. Touch VPN (opens in new tab) logs the domains accessed by users, but only the domains, not the full URLs, and data is anonymized to ensure the company can't associate a domain access to a specific user, time or session. The system records your IP address when you connect, but this is hashed, and deleted at the end of the session. It 'does not inspect or record the contents of what you are browsing, viewing, or doing through them', either. The policy explains that it 'does not record your VPN browsing activities in any way that can be associated back to you.' Or to get more specific, 'When you use a VPN connection, we do not store any information that identifies what you browse, view, or do online via that VPN connection.' VPN privacy policies vary hugely in their detail and quality, but Betternet's is better than most, probably because it uses the same comprehensive document (opens in new tab) as the other VPNs in the Pango group (Hotspot Shield, Betternet, Hexatech, VPN360, and VPN in Touch.)
